sort out the breathing first, decent air filter, manifold, decat pipe if it doesnt have one and an exhaust system. anything above that you'll be looking and bigger bucks!

damn that sucks a SOHC (single overhead camshaft) man your celica doesnt have VVT which is DOHC (double overhead camshaft) which gets you both a better fuel economy and more power
