trannys on these cars were not great. I'll suggest that if you find one with a good solid inner structure (wheel wells, aprons etc) and is in overall good shape, then grab it. You can always get work done on the tranny later, but these cars are not getting easier to find.

I still haven't found a T-type that isn't rusted out or has transmission problems. Sadly one day I will find one, but for now guess I can live with my 90 riviera.Beautiful car! And black , god, its perfect!

Nice car, those T-Types are getting pretty rare.My friend keeps confusing them with J-bodies though :( |
