Actually, according to the book "The Beatles", La Mareillaise IS mixed in with the other sound at the end of the song, as well as Glen Miller's "In the Mood". Look it up somewhere, I just read it.

Actually it was all done in the same session, they did about 6 takes and these were combined roughly for the final one which was live . So they sang live to a backing track track done about an hour or so before. Thats why there is a bit of both

This was lip synched!! The song had been recorded in the studio weeks previously. There was NO improvisation. Paul sang "She loves you."

GREAT SONG!!!If the world had to choose an anthem, I think it would be this song. Maybe Imagine could be another choice. At 3:14, does John say "Yesterday"?And does anyone know if that word and the final part in which he sings "She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah" were improvised by John or already prepared by the band? Being a Beatles fan, I'm guessing it was John's last-minute decision, but I'm not sure. The Beatles legacy will live forever!

Same here! I wonder if John improvised that part or it had already been arranged that he'd sing that. BTW, it's from another song of theirs (She loves you). XD

Mick Jagger awesome. He loves the song as much as you or anyone else. So leave him the fuck alone.

Mick Jagger 2:38. Even he understands how beautiful the song is. Look at his facial expression. |
