sounds like ur car would rape mine...its just a stock 2000 type r B16B with cat back ,intake ,and P73 ecu..oh and NGK plugs and wires but like that makes a huge differance on stock motor lol oh and its a 97 ej with 2000 ctr nose

I love Bs myself I was just just letting him know an H can match a Ks whp stock for stock and mod for mod, But I myself would have a B20 frank if displacement were my goal I think u can tell what my car has by my name.

thanks m8 !for a swap i prefer k20a is a much better engin (my opinion!)h22 is just good an oversised b18 is better!b18 has stronger internals.

B16A4 is VTi, VTi Jordan motor ranges from 158hp to 170 pretty much same as any other B16, Oh and someone commented that an H22 could not match a Ks WHP with stock internals, Im taking it hes never had much experiance with Hs My buddys got a H22 type S in his EK I know that slut put down over 220whp with COMPLETLY stock internals on a S300. The advantages of a K are TQ and in some cases gearing(but than again theres the H2B a very formidable opponent for ANY K swap mod for mod)

youre also going to be replacing your front sub frame as well this will be some fairly tedious chasis work, if youre not comfortable with body/chasis work bring it to a proffessional alot of ppl get fooled into thinking this is an easy swap that ANY entry level mechanic can do(unlike a B swap, in which pretty much it can be said if you can remove a D and reinstall it u can swap a B)If your new to the swapping game dont try it u could permanatly ruin ur car! |
