This is an excellent routine but I'd like to add that it should take about 15 minutes, not 6 and a half. Yes I know Tara didn't say to do it in 6.5 but I think significant benefit will be achieved by moving through the poses very s-l-o-w-l-y.BTW thank you for posting this. Excellent routine.

With my atrophied legs, I second that. Yoga is bridging the gap between walking and doing really heavy squats. Thanks for offering your professional advice for free!

I don't have a butt, I never have. I think this inhibits my yoga poses. The people in my class with some junk seem to be more stable where I seem to be off balance when we are on our mats. Is this the reason?
